Charles and Laura spent six years working out how to make a living from 55 acres on Prince Edward Island. They planted lavender, fruit trees and wildflowers, and started making small batches of mead from their own honey. The farm on Millboro Road is open daily through the season for tastings, food on the patio, and a tour on the Meadmobile.
